Whilst many TOCs have replaced their aging fleets of DMUs/EMUs with new items of rolling stock, others continue to operate units procured during the 1980s. Here at Patchway two such DMUs dating from that era are seen powering what is thought to be the 14:00 Cardiff Central-Taunton service. Leading the working is Class 150 No. 150233 with Class 158 No. 158747 bringing up the rear on a sunny 6th March 2020.
