Clear blue skies are seen in this view at Ashley Hill as DBC Class 59/2 No. 59201 descends Filton bank while powering an Avonmouth Bennets-West Drayton aggregate diagram. Considerable amounts of work are being undertaken on Filton bank in preparation of re-installing the main lines which were taken out of use in the early 1980's. This photograph being taken on a hot 5th July 2017.
