The GPO conveyor belt that linked the station platforms to the long closed Royal Mail sorting office in Cattle Market road has finally gone! All that remains are the buildings which gave GPO staff access to the conveyors. These buildings can be seen at the extreme left and right of the photograph and it is understood that they are due to be removed in the near future. Standing on the 'Up through' at Bristol Temple Meads is 'Colas' Class 70 No. 70810 atop 6C22, 13:06 Parson Street-Westbury Yard on 10th January 2015.
