'Peak' Class diesel electric No. 42 at Exeter St Davids on 22nd May 1971. New from Derby Works in August 1961 and initially allocated to Derby (17A), it became Class 45 No. 45034 under TOPS in 1975. It was withdrawn from service in July 1987 and cut up by MC metals of Springburn during May 1992.
