English Electric Class 50 diesel electric No. 50048 'Dauntless' at London Waterloo on 3rd November 1990 having arrived with a service from Salisbury. New from Vulcan Foundry as No. D448 in December 1968 and named on 16th March 1978, it was withdrawn in July 1991 and cut up at MC Metals of Springburn during April 1992.
