Atrocious weather has caused many roads to be closed this week such as this one at Winterbourne. This motorist has clearly misjudged the depth of the water and has become stranded. The brief respite of calm weather has allowed some rail services to return to normal. An unidentified 'Cross-Country' service makes good progress on its journey to the North on 23rd November 2012.
