Aspinall Class 0F 0-4-0ST No. 51218 is dwarfed at Newton Heath MPD on 20th February 1967. The loco had hauled the LCGB 'L & Y Pug Railtour' the previous day, which consisted of 4 brake vans and ran three return trips between Rochdale and Whitworth. Built at Horwich Works as Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway No. 68 in October 1901, it became LMS No. 11218 in 1924. The loco was withdrawn from BR service in September 1964 and survives in preservation on the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway.
