The superbly restored auto-coach No. W238W is seen at the rear of the 13:40 departure from Lydney Junction having just arrived at Parkend on 1st September 2012 as part of the Dean Forest Railway's 'Bygone Branchline' day. The consist includes the BR maroon-liveried, 1954 built auto-coach nearest the camera; GWR auto-coach No. 178 built in 1930 and BR black-liveried Class 1400 No. 1450, built in 1935 providing the power.
