On 27th April 2013 Retro Railtours operated an excursion from Huddersfield to south Wales with a choice of destinations for the participants, Cardiff, Barry and Swansea; the working 1Z29, was the 07:00 departure from the Yorkshire town and travelled by way of Crewe and the Welsh Marches line with two DRS Class 20s for power and a DRS Class 47 on the rear for operational purposes. After arrival in Swansea the whole train was turned on the Landore triangle and this view shows DRS Classs 47 No.47802 'Pride of Cumbria'leading the ECS from Swansea station to Loop Junction West, the first part of the train turning exercise.
