On 13 June 2009 the UK Railtours excursion entitled 'The Thames Towy' 1Z58, 07.08 Paddington to Carmarthen led by DBS liveried 59206 (John F Yeoman Rail Pioneer) has just crossed the Lougher viaduct and is heading towards Llanelli. At the rear of the train may be seen 59205 (L Keith McNair) probably the first time that a brace of Class 59s had penetrated this far into South Wales together.
