Transport for Wales Class 197/0 No. 197009 arrives at Chester with yet another Crewe C.S. to Llandudno Junction crew training/mileage accumulation run on 26th September 2022. After nearly two years of running up and down the North Wales line under test and in the last six months actually stopping at stations, patrons are beginning to question, as to when they will be actually allowed to travel on these new units or are they designed just to be looked at.
