Having been 'turned' on the Quorn & Woodhouse turntable, an immaculate GNR Gresley Class N2 0-6-2T No. 1744 (69523), displaying Moorgate (front) and (rear) destination boards, reminiscent of the times when the class worked commuter trains out of King's Cross in North London, passes the magnificent Signal Box as it departs Quorn & Woodhouse Station, working the 16:00 Loughborough Central to Rothley Brook 'Local' service on 7th October 2012, the final day of the Great Central Railway's Autumn 2012 Steam Gala.
