Network Rail Windhoff MPV No. DR98967 plus DR98917 on a Horsham Up TC to Horsham Up TC RHTT service pass over the level crossing at Ashtead on the afternoon of Wednesday 16th November 2016. Ashtead level crossing earlier the same day was the cause of many late running services into London Waterloo due to a barrier failure.
