East Midlands Train Class 43/0 No. 43048 'T.C.B. Miller MBE' (on hire to VTEC), stands at its Platform 6 on the rear of the 11:08 service from London King's Cross on 7th July 2015, while Virgin Trains East Coast Class 43/2 No. 43251, in interim VTEC livery, stands at Platform 5, heading the 07:55 service from Inverness on 7th July 2015. The service was scheduled to run to London King's Cross, but had to terminate here due to a medical problem with the driver.
