In original condition, 'Peak' Class diesel electric No. D115 awaits its next duty at Gloucester Horton Road MPD on 24th September 1966. It was new from Crewe Works in August 1961 and first allocated to Derby (17A), later becoming Class 45 No. 45067 under TOPS. Whilst heading the 11:50 Glasgow Central - Nottingham service on 8th July 1977, the loco was in collision with a derailed freight train near Ilkeston. Following damage assessment at Derby Works the loco was withdrawn and it was cut up there during June 1980.
