A lovely summer scene as 'Western' Class diesel hydraulic No. D1024 'Western Huntsman' runs along the sea wall through Dawlish on 24th June 1971 heading the 07.45 Kensington Olympia - St Austell car carrier service. The loco was withdrawn from Laira in November 1973 and cut up at Swindon Works during August 1974.
