A interesting general view of Crewe Works yard and traverser on 2nd November 1969, with AL6 Class electric No. E3128 and AL5/1 Class electric No. E3091 keeping company with a couple of diesel locos. The latter became Class 85 No. 85036 under TOPS and was withdrawn in October 1991. AL6 No. E3128 faired much better, becoming Class 86 No. 86013, then subsequently 86313 and 86413, before acquiring its final identity of No. 86613 and is still in service with Freightliner today.
