GPO staff load mail bags from a BRUTE into InterCity HST Class 43 power car No. 43062, forming the rear of a Plymouth - Newcastle service at Birmingham New Street on 28th April 1985. Class 304 EMU No. 304021 is at the adjacent platform on a service to Wolverhampton. 43062 was built at Crewe Works and was later named 'John Armitt' in July 2007.
