'Crompton' Type 3 diesel electric No. 6571 waits departure time at Exeter St Davids on 22nd May 1972 with a train for Brighton. New from BRCW in October 1961 and first allocated to Hither Green (73C), it became Class 33 No. 33053 under TOPS. The loco was withdrawn in January 1995 but was saved for preservation. It is currently operational on the Mid Hants Railway.
