Crewe Works built Brush Type 4 No. D1984 at Gateshead MPD on 21st May 1967. New in January 1966, it became No. 47282 under TOPS. The loco was withdrawn from Tinsley (41A) in September 1986 and cut-up by CF Booth of Rotherham in August 1989.
