Following a heavy thunderstorm, Class 86 No. 86213 'Lancashire Witch' arrives at Manchester Piccadilly on 23rd January 1991 with a train from London Euston. New from EE Vulcan Foundry as No. E3193 in December 1965, it was re-numbered under TOPS in January 1973 and withdrawn in September 1998.
