Class 47 No. 47590 'Thomas Telford' passing Frocester on 22nd June 1988 with a Paignton - Liverpool Lime Street service. The loco was new as D1759 and then became 47165. Later in life it would become 47825 and is still active as West Coast Railway's 57601.
