An immaculate Class 60 No. 60058 'John Howard' waits at Leicester station Wednesday 3rd April 1991. Part of Railfreight Coal Sector this locomotive was eventually based at Immingham and is currently for sale by DBS. It wasn't accepted officially into traffic until one month after this shot was taken (07 May 1991), so I can only assume that it was still under-going acceptance testing on the date photographed.
