Arriva Trains Wales Class 175, No. 175005 makes a station stop at Shotton Low Level, with the Llandudno - Manchester Piccadilly service. The over-bridge carries the Bidston - Wrexham line to the High level station platforms off to the right of the picture. The Shotton High and Low names were dropped in the 1990s but are still used by locals and railway personnel to differentiate between the two stations. High being the Bidston - Wrexham route and Low being the Nth Wales coast line. Wednesday 28th December 2011.
