Northern Belle ran a Leicester to Nottingham afternoon tea trip, travelling from Leicester to Nottingham (reverse), Leicester, Kettering (reverse), Corby, Manton Junction, Melton Mowbray, Leicester (reverse), Nottingham.
Not the most exciting photo but a nice portrait shot in the sun of No. 47790 tailing 1Z54 the 13.00 Leicester - Nottingham. The loco is seen about to pass over Meadow Lane Crossing, Long Eaton at 13.30 on Sunday 18th September 2011.
