A sunny Saturday morning, on 28th January 2012, sees No. 222006 heading south at Clay Cross North Junction with the 1127 Sheffield - St Pancras. The lengthy sets of points here allow 60 mph running and it makes a very impressive site as the heavy coal trains that frequent this route rattle over them at full line speed. At 11.44 harsh winter light illuminates the scene and also picks out Chestefield's St Marys church spire in the distance, better known as Chesterfield's crooked spire.
