During the summer months a number of the Nottingham - Skegness trains are strengthened, here we see a 158 unit combined with an unidentified 153 unit. Not quite a pair of 20's with load 12, those days, sadly, are long gone. No. 158810 is seen at 1036 on Monday 27th June 2011 leading the 0955 Nottingham - Skegness, this service is the only eastbound service between the two points that doesn't call at Grantham instead travelling between Allington Junction and the new Allington North Junction and avoiding the reversal at Grantham saving around 20 minutes on the journey time.
