The aftermath of the Carr Bridge accident still resonates as No. 66048 awaits repairs. On April 13 it was noted Dead In Transit behind Class 92 02037 Sullivan on the Mossend - Hams Hall service as it passed Euxton. The Class 66 will presumably be detached at Bescot for onward move to Toton.
