The East Lancs Railway hosted a Class 37 Theme Day on 30th May 2009 using their fleet of "Tractors" to work two of the three Saturday diagrams. Railfreight liveried Class 37/9 No. 37901 'Mirrlees Pioneer' awaits departure from Ramsbottom with the 13:10 Rawtenstall to Heywood service. This image has been edited to remove a telegraph pole from behind the locomotive.
