On the 4th March 2006, 43 004 and its matching trailers enter Bristol T.M showing the first version of the " Neon" livery. In the end, FGW did not pursue this version instead choosing all over plain blue for the power cars rather than light blue as depicted here. This also applies to the trailers as well though the "Neon" stripes on these vehicals are retained.
