Sulzer Type 4 No. 41 accelerating out of Gloucester on 8th April 1969 with a parcels train for Leeds. It was built in 1962 and later became No. 45147 under TOPS. The loco was involved in a train crash at Eccles on 4th December 1984 and was cut up at Patricroft by Vic Berry in January 1985.
