In the run up to Christmas Vintage Trains are again running their popular Polar Express trains out of Birmingham Moor Street They are diesel hauled either to Dorridge Down Loop or Whitlocks End before returning steam hauled to Moor Street. on 25th November 2023 GWR Castle Class No. 7029 Clun Castle is seen at Whitlocks End ready to return with the 16:55 to Moor Street. Class 47 No. 47773 is at the other end.
