DRS Class 68 No. 68005 Defiant heads through Silverdale near Carnforth on 25th August 2023 with the 16.19 Heysham Harbour Power station - Sellafield BNF comprising three nuclear flasks and DRS Class 88 No. 88007 Electra on the rear. Having worked to Heysham from Sellafield earlier, the return working was running nearly an hour ahead of schedule which is usually the case. Workings to Heysham are always top and tail due to the lack of run round facilities at the power station.
