Transpennine Class 185 No. 185126 and 185107 make a very rare sight in the goods loop at Hellifield on 18th October 2024 waiting to proceed to Blackburn with the 09.44 Carlisle - Ardwick TMD empty stock working. Operated by Rail Operations Group the pair had worked to Carlisle via the WCML the previous day and it is understood were involved in overnight testing at Carlisle.
