Colas Class 56 No. 56096 shunts two loaded KSA timber carriers alongside Hellifield station on 21st August 2023. The ten carriers have been loaded in the sidings in the distance and are about to form the 14.18 Hellifield Goods Loops - Chirk Kronospan. In order to navigate out of the sidings the train has to be split as the headshunt is too short to accommodate the full length of ten KSAs plus the locomotive so the first two are removed first with the rest being removed separately and then reattached to complete the whole train.
