On 16th August 2023, Hanomag 2-6-2 and 2-6-2 Garratt No. 60 'Drakensberg' reverses around its train at Devils Bridge after arriving with the 15:00 service from Aberystwyth on the Vale of Rheidol Railway. Built in Germany in 1927 it spent the majority of its working life in South Africa before arriving at the Vale of Rheidol, via Switzerland.
