Transport for Wales Class 197/0 No. 197006 prepares to depart Llandudno Junction with the 12:53 service to Chester, on 28th December 2022. After 2 years under test, the first of the Class 197 units were 'soft' launched into revenue earning service on the Llandudno to Manchester Airport route a few days before Christmas, with one unit per day diagrammed.
