On the 14th November 2022, recently introduced Transnet / PRASA, Gibela EMU No. 100, arrives at Kalk Bay Station, Cape Town, Western Cape, on a service from Fish Hoek to Cape Town. Just visible to the right is a former SAR carriage. This carriage, which is now in use as a cafe / restaurant, was named 'Umsinga' (Zulu for Waterfall) and was Dining Car No. 184: an SAR Coach type A-18 (Series 2), which was in service from 1914 to 1981 on express services between the Cape and Durban, Bulawayo and Laurenco Marques.
