On the 3rd October 2024, a pair of DB Cargo Class 66/0's, with No. 66136 leading classmate No. 66110, pass at speed through Eaglescliffe Station, 31 minutes late, hauling which comprised a rake of empty steel wagons from Lackenby to Scunthorpe. No. 66136 was repainted in red with special 'Yiwu to London' vinyls to promote the arrival of the first overland train from China to the Barking Rail Freight Terminal in the UK, on January 18, 2017. Of note in this photograph are the works taking place to redevelop Eaglescliffe Station.
