DRS Class 37 No. 37419 Carl Haviland stands at Guiseley station on the Wharfedale Line to Ilkley on 7th November 2022, with the 15.18 Leeds - York Thrall Europa via Guiseley RHTT working. Classmate No. 37218 was on the rear and led from Leeds to Guiseley where the train reversed for No. 37419 to lead back to York. This was the third RHTT trip up the branch on this day to counter significant rail adhesion problems, especially in the heavily wooded section between Apperley Junction and Guiseley. Both locomotives were typically filthy having spent time on RHTT workings of late.
