Recently rebuilt Class 69 No. 69005 makes its introduction to passenger service on 20th May 2022, as it enters Bewdley with the 15:50 Kidderminster - Bewdley shuttle service. The shuttle service was being operated in top and tail mode with Class 73 Nos. 73107 Tracy and 73136 Mhairi thus providing a translator vehicle allowing the use of the air-brake only Class 68 or 69 on these trains.
