As a result of engineering work between Leeds & Wakefield Westgate on 6th June 2021, LNER services operated over unusual diversionary routes and also terminated at Grantham (as all lines were closed between both Peterborough and Grantham, as well as to and from London King's Cross. Here bi-mode Class 800/1 No. 800103 approaches Joan Croft Junction, working the 09:48 Leeds to Grantham service, which was diverted via Garforth and Hambleton.
