On the 15th August 2020, a Locomotive Services Limited Class 47 No. 47712 "Lady Diana Spencer", passes Helm on the approach to Appleby, working: the 08.35, Skipton to Appleby, Settle & Carlisle Regular Rail Charter Service, now branded "The North Pennine Staycation Express".
LSL Class 37 No. 37521 / D6817, passes the rear of this train.
