On the 17th June 2019 an LNER Class 91 in a special livery No. 91110 "Lest we Forget / Battle of Britain Memorial Flight", is seen passing through Durham station on the Down Main, 19 minutes late, with the 09:00 service from London King's Cross to Edinburgh Waverley.
To the left, waiting to depart from platform 2, is a Cross Country "Voyager" No. 220012, working the 09:00 service from Glasgow Central to Penzance.
