On 11th January 2019 Northern Rail and DRS ran a Class 37 Farewell tour from Carlisle to Carnforth and return to mark the ending of locomotive hauled passenger services on the Cumbrian Coast line. The 13:10 return working from Carnforth is seen passing Silverdale headed by DRS Class 37 No. 37425 Concrete Bob/Sir Robert McAlpine, sporting two headboards and a wreath. Classmate No. 37409 Lord Hinton was on the rear.
