The Caledonian Gala held by the B&KR over the weekend of 3rd / 4th November included the use of industrial locomotives as evidenced by the sight of Nielson Reid 0-6-0T 5710 and Hunslet 0-6-0ST 3818 drifting through the speed restriction at Kinneil on 4th November 2018 while working the 11:46 Boness - Manuel service.
