DRS Class 68 No. 68025 heads towards Preston north of Burscough with empty Northern Belle stock on 21st July 2017. The private charter had brought visitors from London to Ormskirk for the Open Golf tournament at Royal Birkdale near Southport. DRS Class 68 No. 68028 was attached to the rear of the train.
