An immaculate Class 55 'Deltic' No. D9009 'Alycidon' stands at Pickering Station, having worked the 16:00 Grosmont to Pickering service on 28th April 2007, the first day of the NYMR 'East Coast Weekend' Event.
Its Classmate No. 55019 'Royal Highland Fusilier' piloted the two Deltics on this service but had uncoupled and made a positioning manoeuvre prior to this shot being taken.
