The Class 375 Electrostar EMU's were built by ADtranz at their Derby Works between 1999 and 2005 and replaced the life expired Class 410/411 & 423 slam door stock used on Kent Coast services from London. Ramsgate EMD maintains the fleet of 131 units, 6 of which are visible in this image of the Depot taken on 29th March 2008. From the left the units are Class 375/6 No. 375624, Class 375/8 No. 375806, Class 375/9 No. 375927 with Class 375/3 No. 375301 just inside the depot. 2 further units can be seen in the adjacent Ramsgate Station.
