LMS Royal Scot Class 4-6-0 class doyen 46100 Royal Scot undertook its loaded test run on 22nd December 2015 using the Carnforth Circle. Here, it is seen climbing through Long Preston on the approach to Hellifield where the locomotive was inspected prior to continuing through Blackburn and Preston to complete its test run.
